In partnership with Compass Publishing, Dai Truong Phat Education JSC is proud to host the seminar “CREATING A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUNG LEARNERS” in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi Capital. The aims of the seminar are to share knowledge of new learning and teaching skills and methods and to assist teachers and educators in Vietnam in becoming more efficient. In addition, in partnership with Macmillan Education and NILE in delivering the online courses for teachers in Vietnam, there will be a separate presentation about NILE and courses conducted by Macmillan Education trainer
Mr. Gio Panizzon
Gio Panizzon has worked in education as a teacher and researcher since 2009 with and emphasis in earlier childhood development. Currently based in Asia, Gio is the ASEAN teacher trainer and regional manager for Compass Publishing. Within the past year, Gio conducted teacher training and academic presentations in eight different countries with topics ranging from pre-k to university level. He serves as academic advisor to Patanakhunnapabhwichakarn International Co., Ltd. in Thailand, Monument Books in Cambodia and Dragon ELT in China while also serving as a project consultant for the development of ELT publications for elementary level students.
David Kaye is a professional teacher trainer and education consultant who focuses on delivering effective, outcomes-oriented professional development to learners across South East Asia.
For over ten years he has created learning and content integration programmes for the world’s biggest education publishers, using diverse delivery modes: online, face-to-face, and blended, in subjects that include language teaching, Maths, and Science, and in specialisations such as teaching ELLs (English Language Learners), CLIL and teaching content through the medium of English, formative assessment and assessment for learning, and 21st century skills; for public, and private schools, International and Bilingual schools and leading regional universities.
His understanding of regional education contexts has directly helped him make great learning institutes better, in China, Cambodia, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka.
